About Me

Dipanwita Saha
I am Dietitian Dipanwita Saha, a clinical nutritionist, educator, and entrepreneur, and founder of the MSME, ISO, and IAF-certified organization, Nutri World, dedicated to providing evidence-based nutrition in a customized form. My interest and focus are on crafting a healthier global environment with the integration of scientific knowledge with real-world, culture-led solutions for sustainable health.
I started my professional career with a solid academic background in Food & Nutrition, pursuing my Bachelor’s degree from Calcutta University, a PG Diploma in Food Technology, and a Master’s in Dietetics from IGNOU. With time, specializing in major domains such as diabetes care and oncology nutrition, I became a Certified Diabetes Educator and completed my Oncology Nutrition Certification from Dr. BMN College.
Presently, I am a Clinical Dietitian with Suraksha Diagnostic Centre and the Kolkata Heart Foundation, where I work alongside top cardiologists such as Dr. Kunal Sarkar in helping patients cope with lifestyle-related and chronic conditions. I also work as a faculty at 20 Minute Medical in Bangladesh, providing nutrition knowledge and professional training for healthcare professionals.
My professional endeavors extend beyond the clinical environment—I actively function as an international speaker on nutrition, a former collaborator with the Bangladesh Pustibid Team, and as an author of “Aapnar Shoreer Bolchhi,” a book describing my philosophy of holistic, caring practice.
I’m also a proud life member of the IAPEN India, fighting for better practices in enteral and parenteral nutrition. I have had the honor of getting recognized over the years with multiple awards for women in health leadership such as the Real Super Woman Award, India’s Top Ideal Woman, Star Woman of the Year, and the International Diabetes Educator Excellence Award. Recently, I have also been given regional awards such as the Bengal Icon Award and the Bengal Business Excellence Award for my public health and entrepreneurial contributions.
What inspires me most is the potential for connection with others—not as a dietitian, but as a counselor and a teacher. My area of expertise lies in diet-psychological counseling, where I not only advise clients on what they should eat but also how and why food has the power to change physical and emotional lives. Whether with patients, students, or with communities, my objective remains the same: empowering individuals with the knowledge and motivation to take charge of their own health, one bite at a time.
